Mexican e-Invoicing

Solutions for Mexican Tax Compliance with SAP

CFDI (Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet)

According to the Mexican fiscal law (Art. 1, 29 y 29-A of the Codigo Fiscal de la Federacion), issuing invoices in an electronic format is mandatory as of 2011. Starting on January 1, 2014 the CFDI (Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet) schema as described in Anexo 20 of the Mexican regulation must be used. This requires the transmission of invoices electronically to the government tax authority or proxy for verification and digital stamping prior to being submitted to customers for payment.

Implementing a process and solution to satisfy the federal mandate is not optional. We can help to integrate the enhancements necessary to satisfy the requirement and integrate it fully into your existing process, with little disruption. Contact us or look for one of our webinars to learn more.
